This year I want to invite you to let go of your traditional new year's resolution practice. Instead of limiting yourself to one year, let’s think about a broader vision for your life over the next five to ten. When you align yourself to this vision and learn to embody it, accomplishing your goals becomes a byproduct. The way you move through life can feel easeful, inspired, and joyful when you spend your energy connecting with your broader vision and the embodiment of it rather than setting arbitrary goals limited to one year.

In order to help people connect to a larger vision of possibility I created a class for the start of 2023 where I will guide you toward seeing and feeling the vision of your future. My six week online program is designed to:

• Help you get clear on what you truly value and want to create in your life
• See how much you can accomplish overtime when connected to a vision
• Show you that one year is just a small fraction of your journey
• Support you in learning to embody who you want to be
• Help you get real about what you want to accomplish in the coming year
• Support you moving through resistance or blocks that might come up
• Set you up for success in the next phases of your journey

After getting in touch with your broader vision, we will create smaller visions and next steps from that place that is deeply connected and aligned with your truth. The group will meet weekly, for 90 minutes over zoom and each week I will guide you, check in with you and support you through the next steps toward embodying this vision and watch as the steps you take to achieve your dreams become more easeful and inspired.
